1:1 Physical Therapy

Is pain or discomfort keeping her from participating in her sport? I can help with an individualized approach to help her get back to what she loves through a combination of functional strengthening, improving biomechanics, and manual therapy.

Performance Training

Does she want to gain strength, build endurance, or simply have more support while being active? I can support her through an individualized fitness program tailored to her goals and interests.

Do I need a referral from my physician prior to my first visit? No, you do not need to be referred from a physician in order to schedule an evaluation. Once we work together to determine a plan to help you work towards your goals, I will help you contact your physician for a physical therapy order.

Does Her Stride Physical Therapy & Wellness only work with female athletes? Not at all! Though Her Stride Physical Therapy specializes in the care of young female athletes, my mission is to support all young athletes build confidence in movement to lay the foundation for a healthy and active life. I also love supporting runners of all ages looking to improve their performance or come back from an injury.
