5/5
My daughter and I have had a great experience with Meridith. Her knowledge and experience have guided our daughter’s return to running after two hip surgeries. Her light hearted personality makes the sessions enjoyable as well as productive. She cares about progress and invests the time to listen and then adapt to the circumstances as needed. We feel confident in her planning, support and therapeutic approach.

5/5

I started working with Meridith after having my third child and was experiencing terrible back pain. Our initial work was focused on flexibility and strength, and it made an immediate and noticeable difference with the pain. Since then, we have continued to prioritize strength and agility training. Having now worked with Meridith for well over a year, I can honestly say how incredible she is at what she does. She is knowledgeable, highly skilled, and knows exactly when and where to push you to continue to see and feel results. I am sincerely grateful to her for her expertise and helping me prioritize my health, and more than that, she is a kind and thoughtful professional who sincerely cares about her clients!

Get To Know Dr. Meridith Jochum Rodriguez

Movement has been at the foundation of who I am since a very young age. At the core of my personality, my love for exercise led me to pursuing my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science at Elon University in North Carolina. Recognizing my desire to share my passion for movement with others, I completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With the goal of helping patients optimize movement at a young age to support them throughout their lives, I sought out a career in pediatric physical therapy. With over 6 years of experience in pediatric physical therapy, I have had the opportunity to see first-hand how important it is to establish confidence and joy in movement at a young age with the goal of building upon those foundations for a lifetime.
