No, you do not need to be referred from a physician in order to schedule an evaluation. We are direct-access providers in Ohio as physical therapists. I am happy to stay in touch with your medical providers as desired or needed to ensure the best care.

Tiny Strides Physical Therapy offers concierge services. This means you no longer need to time appointments perfectly between naps and feeds and I come to you! Your child will be playing and learning in their own familiar environment.

Communication: Being a parent comes with enough questioning and googling! Your physical therapist is available to answer questions that may come up between appointments so that you can feel confident as your help your child.

We provide evidence-based care to ensure that your child is thriving, while also collaborating with you to help you in the way that is best for your family.

Not at all! Though Her Stride Physical Therapy specializes in the care of young female athletes, my mission is to support all young athletes build confidence in movement to lay the foundation for a healthy and active life. I also love supporting runners of all ages looking to improve their performance or come back from an injury.

In order to provide the highest quality care, Her Stride Physical Therapy is a cash-pay practice. We are not in network with any insurance companies. If you or your child is receiving physical therapy services, I will be happy to provide you with a detailed invoice to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement after treatment. If you plan to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, please check with them first to determine if they require physician referrals for therapy services. Payment is due at time of service.
